YIYU (Catherine) Chen
Catherine is our fully registered acupuncturist, and Chinese herbal medicine practitioner. She studied Chinese medicine for ten years in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, which is the best university of Chinese medicine in China and around the world.
After graduating as PHD of integrative Chinese and Western medicine, she worked as physician in Xiyuan Hospital in Beijing. In 2013 she moved to New Zealand, and worked as lecturer and clinical supervisor of New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine, then in 2016, she moved to Adelaide and started her own clinic in this marvelous land.
With almost 10 years experience and long time academic and professional training, she is very good at treating different kinds of disease, especially pain, gynecological problems, and other internal disease, such as stroke, Bell's Palsy, hypertension, obesity...She is a very nice, honest, reliable and kind person, and always support our patients with professional and best treatment in her field.
